North Eastern Development Finance Corporation Ltd. (NEDFi), a Company incorporated under the Indian Companies Act 1956 having its registered office at Basundhara Enclave, B.K. Kakati Road, Ulubari, Guwahati-781 007, invites applications from Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) contractors for the issue of Tender Documents for the provision of the HVAC system for their Corporate Office Building presently under construction in G.S. Road,             Guwahati – 781006.

 

The proposed work comprises of supply, installation, testing & commissioning of a central air-cooled system comprising of 2 nos. * 240 TR chiller packages, complete with chilled and condensate water pump sets, air distribution networks in the 1st & the 2nd floors of the building, associated electrical works, complete with all controlling and indicating instruments and accessories, all more particularly described in the Tender Document for the proposed work. 

 

Tender Documents will be issued only to such contractors who have successfully carried out the provision of a central HVAC plant of capacity not less than 250 TR for a Central or State Government Department or a Public Sector Undertaking or a reputed Corporate Entity in the Private Sector during the last three (3) years. Proof of such completion shall be a ‘Completion Certificate’ issued by the Owner or the Owner’s Architects /Consultants of such work. 

 

Applications with full particulars of the applicant, list of similar works executed, completion certificates of such work together with annual accounts of the applicant and certificate of turnover for HVAC works authenticated by the applicant’s auditor for the last 3 (three) years to be furnished to General Manager & Company Secretary, NEDFi, Basundhara Enclave, B.K. Kakati Road, Guwahati – 781 007 within 15 days of this advertisement.

 

Contractors who have applied earlier also need to apply again. NEDFi reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications received without assigning any reason therefore.
