Sri Sanjay Kumar Pai, formerly Chief General Manager, IDBI Bank, with around 37 years of rich experience in different areas of operations like HR, Green Field Apprisal for small, medium and large scale projects, Project Finance, Merchant Banking, Loan Syndication, Large Corporate Groups and Rural Financing. Sri Pai has served in IDBI Bank in different capacities such as Zonal Head, East & North East India (Chief General Manager), Regional Head, West Bengal (General Manager) and Branch Head, Kolkata (Deputy General Manager). Sri Pai is a Post Graduate in Physics from Jadavpur University. He has also served as a Nominee Director in the Board of CESC Ltd. and Dhansari Petrochemicals Ltd.
